The rest of the error is (0xc0203764, 0xc000000E, 0x22605BEO, 0x80DD9000). Windows 7 and Quickbooks 2009 install updates automatically. No other software or hardware changes have been made recently. Had nothing on monitor, restarted (power off then on)
then computer ran chkdsk and started windows normally. Then crashed again, blue screen, errrors as stated. Started in safe mode, tried to run virus scan (Norton 360) but wouldn't start scan. HELP!!
