Black Screen after a while

Hi.
After I login everything works fine but suddenly a black screen appears.
I turn off my computer using the power button located on the front and wait 30 mins.
Turn my computer back on then it does the same thing.
My computer was working fine for about
a year then suddenly this issue happened.
When I built my computer it had issues at the start by crashing every time so I exchanged the RAM and after it worked fine.

ASUS P5QL/EPU
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4650 1 GB (PCI Express 2.0/Overclocked)
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.33 Ghz (LGA 775/Overclocked)
4 GB RAM
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB 7200 RPM (SATA)
ThermalTake 430 Watts PS
And some LG Lightscribe DVD Reader/Writer (IDE)

• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
