document stuck in printing queue

I had a document stuck in the printing queue it said it was "deleting" i restarted computer and turned off printer.
The document would print out at every start up.
( i deleted the document microsoft word so it no longer existed)I uninstalled printer installed
new drivers.
the printer is still there with the document stuck and i have a second icon of the printer i reinstalled that says "copy" i cannot delete the other icon cuz it wont allow it.
i found a stop  spooling program ..net stop spooler
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
net start spooler..and ran that it didn't help.
i deleted copy printer several times and finally got a message that states it cannot configure to usb port....usb port is selected and it is a usb cord...what can i do to fix this ??

Delete Print Jobs
 
Then restart your computer.
 
Disconnect the printer.
 
Uninstall the printer.
 
Restart your computer.
Make sure the printer is removed.

Manual Printer Driver Removal
 
Then install the drivers.
You should get a message, the printer is not connected.
Connect the printer at this time(powered on)

With Windows 7, I found that installing the Vista software/drivers in the compatibility mode works well.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Restart your computer.
