Cannot Install Apps from wndows Store.. Windows 8.1

hi im IRESH KUMAR
I finally upgraded my windows 8 to 8.1 and after a couple of days I've started to notice that the windows store is no longer installing my apps.
When i set them for installing the windows shows download complete within a span of seconds and then later
when try to find the application it is nowhere to be seen..
After searching for the file in the windows there is a documented file and on clicking it , it says this app cant be opened and says go to the store where a dialog box appears saying App Needs to
Be REPAIRED..
After clicking the Button the App goes to pending state..!!! Please HELP..
Tried everything from booting the config to re-installing windows..
Should i go back to windows 8..???
