i tried to update my internet explorer 8 and replace it with internet explorer 9 Beta but i got  this message:
"setup couldn't start.

how can setup continue and install internet explorer 9 beta?

In addition to IECUSTOMIZER's suggestion, before installing make sure Internet Explorer 9 Installation prerequisites are installed on your computer.
Always make sure that you install the correct Internet Explorer 9 Beta version for your Operating System.
If you are using a 32bit Operating System, install 32bit Internet Explorer 9 Beta and vice versa.

If the issue isn't resolved, I'd have you install Internet Explorer 9 Beta in a clean boot state.
There could be a third party program/ security software blocking the installation process.
Clean boot helps eliminate such conflicts.

Manually editing the Windows registry
