·        Did you use the CD to burn any content? What did you burn on the CD and was the burning process completed successfully?
·        What are you exactly trying to do?
·        What do you mean by ‘Can I unmark the CD as being full’, do you see any such option on the system? If yes, where do you see the option?
·        Do you use any burning software to burn the CD’s?
 
I would suggest you to explore the CD on the system and check whether the CD contains any data on it.
Follow the steps mentioned below.
a.       Insert the CD in the system.
b.      Click on start and then click on Computer.
c.       Right click on the CD drive and then click on Explore.
d.      Check whether there is any data present in that CD.
 
I would suggest you to try to burn a different CD and check whether you are able to burn on the system or not.

If you failed to fix it, another option is to call Microsoft and walk through the process with a technician. To do this, dial "1-800-936-5700". Explain the error that you received and the steps in the update process during which it was displayed. The technician will be able to walk through the steps from getting a new product key to finishing the installation.
