Cannot move file because it is being used by another program

Feedback:

One thing I'm running into a lot in Windows 7 is I'm unable to move files after they were just used in an application (I move around a lot of MP3's to organize my library).
It keeps saying that the file is being used by another application even though I have
already closed the program it was being used in.


Perhaps in new updates they could work on this problem.
Everything else works very well and I'm very happy with my purchase :-)

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.
