In the above sheet I want to put data validation in TIME column so that for a single date I do not exceed one time slot for more than three times.

Hope someone would help me out

Download Error Fixer (Free)

Select I2:I12 (or as far down as the data go).
On the Data tab of the ribbon, click Data Validation.
Select Custom from the Allow dropdown.
Enter the following in the Formula box:

=COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$12,$A2,$I$2:$I$12,$I2)<4

Adjust the ranges as needed.
Activate the Error Alert tab and enter a suitable error message.
Click OK.

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.

Make sure your computer has at least the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the program that is displaying the error. Look for the program requirements online or in the packaging information.

How to Fix DATA VALIDATION with SmartPCFixer?

1. Download SmartPCFixer . Install it on your system.  Click Scan, and it will perform a scan for your computer. The errors will be shown in the scan result.

2. After the scan is done, you can see the errors and problems need to be repaired. Click Fix All.
