hey guys i have problem windows 7 64 bit asus g73 laptop when i click the icons just freezee the desktop no mouse move or  keyboard  any one know how to solve this problem?

·         Do you remember making any changes to your computer prior to the issue?
            I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.
Method 1: Try to start the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists.

Run CHKDSK to Fix ASUS g73 windows 64 bit icon freezing desktop

  • Go to the Start button.
  • In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
  • At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
