I can't view Devises and Printers from the computer it doesn't load the information.

Hi,
 
·        Does this happen with one particular troubleshooter or any of the troubleshooters?
·        Are you able to view any devices in device manager?
 
Method 1:
You may try to perform a check disk to check if there are any bad sectors on the hard drive which is not letting you run the troubleshooter.
a)       Click on the start orb
b)       In the start seacr baox type ‘cmd’
c)       At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
Chkdsk /R X:
Note: In this command, X: is a placeholder that represents the drive letter of the volume that you want to check. 
d)       Press Y when you are prompted to check the disk the next time that the system restarts. 
e)       Close all applications, and then restart the computer.
Note: During the restart process, Windows checks the disk for errors, and then Windows starts. 
f)        After the computer restarts, repeat steps 1 through 4 for the other volume, and then rerun the backup operation.

Method 2:
You may also try to boot into safe mode and check if there is any error message in device manager (an yellow exclamation mark besides any of the devices listed.
If yes, then you will have to uninstall the device in safe mode itself and boot back
to normal mode and check what happens.

To uninstall device from device manager
a)      Click on Start menu, type in devmgmt.msc to open the Device Manager.
  
b)      The Device Manager will then display a list of installed devices in the right pane of the console.
 
c)      Expand the category for the device with errors.
 
d)      Right-click the device and select Uninstall
e)      A dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm ‘Uninstall’.
Click OK to proceed.
 
 
Note: While you are uninstalling the device driver make sure that you select the option to delete the driver software as well.
 
Restart the computer in normal mode and check what happens.

Machine Throttling

• Click the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Reboot your system.
