Fast Solution to Problem: Background sync not working on Windows 8.

Background sync not working on Windows 8.

I have my backgrounds set to sync, but they do not.
I have only 8 images stored in my pictures folder and those are the ones I want synced.
I was under the impression "sync" meant it would make my backgrounds the same on all my PCs that have W8 pro
and my MS Account setup.
It syncs my lock screen and some other settings, but not the backgrounds.
I logged in and out on both machines and even re-installed W8 Pro one one of my PCs due to separate profile issue.
I have not seen this background sync on 2
machines yet and had W8 Pro for months now on 2 machines.
I scoured the forms but no answer.
I even asked a tech support rep at MS and they couldn't find a answer.

Is this a know issue? Any fix in the works? Or am I doing it wrong?

Please help!
