Am having problems with Windows Live continuing to receive emails. Having problems sending emails. Comes back error
Windows Live continues receiving emails (goes into the thousands), then comes back error. Talked to Dell (purchased laptop from them) They say that it is a software problem. They want to charge for their help. I need help. I can usually follow directions.
So I am asking for help to fix my problem. I would like to be able to get and receive emails like before.

- Go to the Start button.
- In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
- At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
- Restart your computer.
