Autoplay dialog shows an "empty" entry with no icon, how do I get rid of this?

I inserted a USB key into a USB hub and the Autoplay dialog showed up (as expected), the problem is that there is a "phantom" entry in the list (see the image here -> http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4939710/Autoplay%20-%20Phantom%20Program.png). 

Selecting the entry does nothing so it is not fatal but it is annoying.
 Does anyone know how remove this entry or (at least) find out what it used to refer to?
