Can't find webcam on Windows 7 Ultimate

Every since I bought Windows 7 Ultimate, my computer can't find any webcams.
When I plug in hardware, it normally shows a popup in the taskbar saying: Hardware found / Being installed.
But with my webcams, it does nothing.
I tried 3 different webcams (Trust, Logitech and Microsoft) but they can't be found, even when I install the drivers.
Nor can I find it in my Device Manager.
Any suggestions on what to do?

If it is an integrated webcam on a laptop, go to the computer manufacturer website to get the correct drivers..

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
